By using Bloomly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Bloomly is a productivity app for planning tasks, events, and daily routines. Features may change over time as we improve the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloomly. If you are under the legal age required in your country, you may only use Bloomly with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account (email confirmation required), or by contacting info@usebloomly.io. Deletion removes your account and cloud data from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Bloomly. This includes using the service to break the law, harm others, interfere with the app, or attempt unauthorized access.
6. Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds
Bloomly may offer paid subscriptions through in-app purchases.
- Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account settings.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store refund policies.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. Bloomly is committed to applicable EU data protection laws, including GDPR.

- Request deletion of your personal data (including via in-app account deletion or by emailing info@usebloomly.io).
9. Data Loss Disclaimer
We work hard to keep your data safe, but no system is perfect. Bloomly is not responsible for loss of data, including data caused by device issues, third-party platform issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property
Bloomly and its content, branding, and software are owned by Bloomly (or its licensors) and protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create security/legal risks. You may stop using Bloomly at any time.
12. App Store Terms
If you downloaded Bloomly from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bloomly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice in the app or by other appropriate means.
